This machine stopped working immediately after the rear window was closed. I contacted the seller twice to send it in for repair. Even though they offered to fix it as soon as I send it back, the seller doesn't provide a return address. The seller also does not provide a return label. Considering how heavy the machine is, the shipping cost will be very high. Don't waste your money on this product as the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on!

This device worked as expected and something else. We used it in a customer's car that smelled strongly of marijuana smoke even after cleaning the interior. Buyer beware! This hydroxyl generator has an additional OZONE function. We never activated this feature but when we used the generator 4 times in our home we found a very strong distinctive OZONE smell. After some research we found that "when you smell OZONE, it produces OZONE". OZONE is very dangerous to your lung tissue and if OZONE is used you should stay out of the building for at least 24 hours or more after treatment. I think you get what you pay for!
