work as expected, were well packaged by Revain and used in the microwave over a stove top. I wish they had the same lumens, shape, etc in one LED.

The packaging was slightly damaged and the bulbs were removed from their containers. I was a little worried they were damaged but my fears were allayed when my Viking fridge lit up like a Christmas tree. It's exactly what I needed and the price is right.

I bought this bulb for my outdoor freezer when, after years of burning out the previous bulb, I finally realized my freezer actually had light. I know. DAH! Anyway, as usual, Amazon came along and found what I needed and a good price for a lightbulb. Thanks very much!

We ordered two of these bulbs, one broke and the other burned out after two hours of use. It looks like the way it was packaged might have something to do with the failure of those two bulbs. They were thrown into a large box with other heavier items and were completely unprotected. Very disappointed.

Bought to replace the stove backlight under the microwave. The first came cracked and broken. I ordered a second one and it stopped working after 3 days of minimal use. It's listed as Prime and they don't allow returns/replacements?! False advertising. Sylvania, you need to come together and support your products.

I have used this in a Frigidaire freezer that has two of these bulbs on top. The base of each bulb was slightly warped making it difficult to screw them in place. I ended up buying a similar GE item and they were straightforward and easy to install. I recommend applying a light coat of dielectric grease to the base threads to ease installation and removal.

Installed on August 14 and died on September 15. Took almost exactly 1 month. This was placed in the microwave to ignite the oven - maybe too much heat. Judging by the reviews, those who put it in the freezer are lucky, and not those who put it in the microwave. The quality of these lamps is terrible.

Nice clear 40W lamp. This item really does fit the T6.5 fridge bulb replacing our old one that burned out. This item is not easy to find in general and in certain hardware stores. Great price and I hope it lasts a few years if it isn't already reasonable enough to replace a fridge light. I will buy from Amazon again.
