just didn't work at all turned on but didn't turn off mason with buzz never got a clear picture never could change a channel set up on dvd everything he did this was restarted and appeared in my language, wanted to try chinese and another one as soon as the state can resend my money, needless to say i was very disappointed with this as i needed it

I tried to use the device but it won't let me get past the google mark on the screen. It was a refurbished unit so I'm guessing it had to be factory reset. What they didn't do was send additional information so the person receiving the device could actually sign in. I don't even know if that's possible! Very disappointed as it arrived just in time for our trip but we were unable to use it.

I haven't used it yet, it's for my grandson to help him learn to read. However this is a base system so I need to have one that is already loaded with programs so we need to get the programs and we will work on that. If possible could you email me some information about basic tablets to make it work.

I use it for gaming and also for viewing pictures I have on discs. Very little guidance could be improved on how to work. In general I think I will be very satisfied.

I bought this product and the DVD player didn't work. I sent it back and asked for a replacement. They sent me a refurbished one that was worse than the first. It went off all the time and eventually wouldn't come on at all. The second lasted less than 12 hours. The first was returned within 24 hours. A piece of junk. Don't waste your time with this product. Very disappointed. By the way, they had to replace the first broken device with a new one. I've only had it one day and it was brand new…

I liked it very much the sound is very loud it's really good for a dvd player it's really good but not for a tablet the screen is constant freezes on me it didn't move no button back there is only one button and it just goes to go to the main screen the volume is off for a minute the microphone for the tablet is constantly off the charging takes too long i charged it for the last 2 hours and it's not even half charged the picture is very nice it's really a good picture for the dvd playback not…

Love it especially the size and quality of the speakers and they were in the front 10 inch picture and screen was beautiful great resolution I haven't checked the DVD yet , but I'm sure it's amazing too, I'm very happy with this product 🙂 The product failed after two days, you sent me a duplicate replacement, now I play DVD, works great, thanks for your wonderful experience, I will definitely be buying more products
