This is great brightness for my stained glass lamps. Not bright enough to see the bulb through the glass. I've been buying them for years.

Perfect for a little lighting in my living room. Very subtle light and more for atmosphere. I will order more as 15 watt bulbs are hard to find commercially.

They look small enough to power oil heaters, but I can't stand LEDs and super bright lightbulbs that seem to buzz when you turn them on. They give me a headache and they fit into standard outlets. Seems soft and perfect for a bedroom at the moment

Most home improvement chains have stopped selling very low wattage bulbs. With Revain you can still buy those great low wattage bulbs [which are just not available for LED bulbs].

Hello Ravenian, just reading this. They are ideal for many purposes. First, LED and fluorescent lights don't provide the key energy frequencies that help our eyes. My broadcast studio is full of LED and neon lights while on Twitch. This light is hanging off-camera over my desk, and it's not the brightness, it's the use of a filament that glows and gives off an energy that digital lights don't have. At least as far as I know. I have a small lamp in my granddaughter's bedroom that has a regular sized base. You need a low-wattage bulb to use as a night light - ordinary night lights give too little light, and girls are afraid of the dark. This lamp matches my lamp and its light is enough to make the girls happy.

The bulbs lasted as long as any other bulbs we've bought before, maybe a little longer. The light they give off is bright enough, but not too bright. Although they are quite bright, they are not glaring like some other lamps. We will buy them again when needed.

I still use them even though they stand out like crazy - there are so many bulbs on the market I don't know what to buy but these were it that white light - too bright. Outrageous. I don't know how long they will last but I was desperate.
