Elegant style, extra pillows and tote bag!

Really appreciate the extra ear pads that these headphones come with. The carrying case makes it easy to always make sure they don't get tangled in my bag. The color is the same as the photos and it looks really nice - not too flashy but not just your regular headphones either. A purchase I am happy with!

Cons
  • Annoying

The sound quality is excellent, with a strong bass, but the quality doesn't match. I haven't had them for a long time, but all the adhesive pieces on the headphone cable have come loose. So now they move freely up and down the cable. The cable is about to break and the cable insulation has separated from the microphone and control unit, putting stress on the small cables. Why couldn't you like them? - If you have big ears, you may need to dig them into the canal, even with big ends. While that doesn't make it uncomfortable, it's just odd compared to other headphones I've owned. - The cable is flat rather than round, although you can tell from the photos. This makes them harder to tangle compared to regular earbuds, but they don't bend as easily, making them a bit uncomfortable at times. iPod classic 5th generation with Rockbox and FLAC files (different…

Great sound with compromises made elsewhere

The name describes this headset pretty well. The Symphonized MTL headphones deliver amazing sound with deep, rich bass and pronounced mids and highs. This headset also looks sleek with a stainless steel housing for the speakers and control area. There's even a flat, tangle-free cable and a right-angle 3.5mm jack. Where compromises have been made to bring the price down to $20, it starts with the carrying case. There is no case supplied as such, just a small pouch that does little to protect…
