So far so good to use. I've only had him for a few days. One note: it's smooth. There's nothing to hold on to and I find it quite slippery so be careful when moving or lifting it. The company might consider giving it a "grippy" finish like Zagg's. Actually I would buy zagg again, but because of the short loading time of the keyboard. I can put some kind of coating on it myself.

I liked this case except the port gets damaged very easily and now won't charge. I am very careful with all my electronics, I never take this iPad out of the house. I don't know how it's assembled so poorly the connector is so bad but now it won't charge. Shitty quality, unfortunately look elsewhere.

I wanted to give 5 stars but some buttons don't work unless pressed with dangerous force. Great bag, my daughter loves it. Everything about it is great, take some of the pounding out of the keys. It can't be the manufacturer either, but the keyboard doesn't work in some games and chats.

My kids at school make iPads for which we have to buy cases. The case must have a keyboard and fully cover the iPad. We have bought several of these cases and over time they all have the same problem. In the middle of the school year, one or more keys don't work, so we have to buy another suitcase. These cases work, but don't expect them to last more than 6 months. This time I decided to buy a more expensive Logitech case to see if they last longer.

Everything about this product is great except one thing: IT'S NOT EASY TO USE! I'm a digital designer, so I always use the Apple Pencil to create offspring, and when he's gripping the iPad so the side on the hinge doesn't realize it's touching that edge of the screen, and sometimes taps.
