Long battery life, good case

I've been using this case/keyboard since I got my iPad in September 2019 and I love it. I'm impressed with the battery life. Since I had a keyboard, I think I charged it 3 or 4 times. Today was the first time I used it until the keyboard stopped working and had to be charged. I've gotten so used to a charge holding for so long that I forgot to fully charge it and it's been a few months since I've charged it. I can't even remember when it was. I also put it on the hood of my van, which I shouldn't have done, and the iPad with the case slipped off and landed in the driveway. Body slightly scratched But what bothered me the most was the iPad, but there was no damage. The screen wasn't damaged at all - I was afraid it might break, but it was in perfect condition and the iPad works without any issues. I also like that the keyboard (real keys) is closer to the hinge than the front. edge. This gives your hands a little grip. I noticed this difference when using a friend's iPad with a BT keyboard. There was nowhere to put your hands. I rarely use the keyboard backlight, but it works. I would definitely buy this item again. Update 4/5/2021 I originally gave this product 5 stars. I ended up having to replace the first keyboard because I dropped it and damaged the case, but the iPad was not damaged. The second keyboard worked just as well, but while I don't remember ever dropping it, it fell apart. The keyboard still worked but the hinge/hinge eventually failed. I use it every day and take it to work - I'm self-employed so it wears out a lot. So I bought it for the third time. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the third case. It no longer has a strap that will hold the Apple Pencil - that's not a problem. The problem that makes me return this third case is that I can no longer see how much charge the keyboard has. It doesn't transfer battery power to the iPad, which is frustrating. What will make me return this third case is that I no longer see, how much charge the keyboard has.
