THE BEST LIP MATERIAL!

Like most people, my lips get dry because of the New Jersey weather—summer, winter, and fall are the worst. I've never been a fan of wax balms. By the way, I also have very dry cuticles and a friend recommended Palmers products to me. They really were a lifesaver for soft lips and cuticles. Nothing works like Palmer's. I always have it in my closet - usually 24 sticks.

Pros
  • There's a point
Cons
  • Not bad

I love Palmer products! You have never let me down!

I am a HUGE fan of Palmer products. I have used a 9.5 ounce tube of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula for a variety of uses, including on the lips, for many years. I always, always! I used a stick before to use on the go. except i hate that it's so bulky and looks like sidewalk chalk in my pocket lol! So I decided to buy these. They are oval and at a great price! 12 for $15.88, cheaper than any store I've seen. And as usual I will not go out!

  • Free for educational purposes

The best! Lip Care - Skin Care

I've tried almost every lip balm over the years and I've never liked most of them. I decided to try this product when I saw it for a dollar on the dollar tree. Wow! What a great lip balm. It's non-sticky, glides on smoothly, smells and tastes great and my lips feel great. Really helps my lips heal instead of just sitting there. The sun protection is an added bonus. The tube shape is very comfortable. Unfortunately I can't find it in the Dollar Tree anymore, but Revain's price is almost as good:

GOOD to buy from Amazon

I usually use large cocoa butter sticks (0.5oz) but wanted to keep some of those with SPF in backpacks and such. First, it's cheap to buy from Amazon. Some stores charge $3 for a small tube of lip balm. Second, they look like big cocoa butter sticks, but you can't taste or smell the SPF. Third, and I don't know if that matters to people, but these are more of an oval shape, so they lie flatter in the pocket. Good product.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion

The best remedy for chapped lips

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lip Balm is quite simply the best remedy for chapped lips. It's soothing, tastes and smells great, and really helps heal dry lips. Some other products of this type contain salicylates, which slough off dead skin. This tends to make things worse before they get better. Cocoa butter is soaked up and simply covered with paraffin or Vaseline. It also has a better sun protection factor than some of the other products. Stop spending money on other things; Once you try it you…

Perfect for horn players and casual players!

A great lip balm that strikes the perfect balance of moisture and weather protection here in Minnesota. More liquid products like Blistex provide good hydration but do not protect. Wax balms like ChapStick offer stronger protection but provide little to no moisture. As a trumpeter, I need moisture to avoid chapped lips (just like normal people!), but unlike ChapStick, I can wipe Palmer off my lips with the back of my hand when it's time to play. Few other lip balms have this balance, and it…
