Did a great job. I have a boat with a 15" transom and a CMC PT-130 trim/tilt unit. I have a new Suzuki 25 that has a snap on mirror mount and I assume it has a custom bolt pattern. I say that because nothing is bolt aligned and even if I used zip ties and then drilled and screwed the bottom mounting holes the motor would have been mounted too low. Before I reinvented the wheel I checked the CMC website and found this adapter seen The description was a bit vague but it seemed like it could work.
