First of all I can't understand why this product is so expensive. Second, it gets caught in little straws on a daily basis. Straws get stuck and must be manually removed daily. We bought it due to the pandemic to avoid touching the straws in the glass.

The ball fell off I went to the hardware store to find a replacement screw. The product is great, I would just say to anyone who buys this product, screw the ball with glue so it doesn't fall off, mine was a little loose and fell off and then a tiny screw fell off. I'm not feeling well now.

Works with 5" straws no problem. It looks nice too. Only 3 stars because it was missing the locking screw that connects the tab to the swivel bar. Such a shame! Luckily I could Finding it at a local hardware store Not a big problem for me, but for some it might be less.

I bought this item so colleagues don't touch all the straws when taking one out. It was a more hygienic option. However, this product is not worth the price. They need to lower the price to $20. That's because one of the handles keeps coming loose and the straws either get stuck and you have to wiggle a few times to get them loose, or you end up with two straws at once. I didn't send it back because it's the only way to keep the office clean.

I love this product it's perfect for my home it's for personal use the problem is that it's only 5 1/2 continuous long and my stirrers are 7 inches long so it's practically useless. I found another one from another manufacturer that was 7 inches, but the dimensions are otherwise so large that the huge box makes it impossible to place it anywhere in the kitchen.
