WORKS GREAT AND SO CHEAP

Works great with my REAL comtac iiis and the real Peltor PTT, the first one broke very easily so I amplified that one. But it works without problems when sending and receiving.

Pros
  • Headsets and Mics
Cons
  • Some nuances

This cable was used once. Too bad I connected it earlier. In short, the cable itself detached from the connector with little to no tension. Now I can't even remove it from the PTT system. So now I don't have an adapter and I don't have a whole PTT system. Avoid this at all costs.

Pros
  • Accessories
Cons
  • Some small things

Baofeng with genuine Peltor Comtaciii and genuine Peltor PTT.

Works on my Baofeng BF-F8 with Real Peltor Comtac III and Real Peltor PTT. Match tightly, but just line up the red dots on each block and gently rotate them. It doesn't work without turning. Be careful when twisting as soldering is not protected with a 6 pin connector. I would recommend strengthening this area; therefore I give 4 stars.

Pros
  • CB and talkback radios
Cons
  • Minor issues

Not worth the money

In the photo as received in the mail today. Tested and no wonder it doesn't work. Looks like someone does it as a hobby collecting parts. It also looks like someone glued the connectors together with superglue instead of a soldering iron. Didn't work with Peltor versions but couldn't tell if it was poor workmanship or cheap parts. Bad attempt to get a refund. Save money and buy something else.
