Tamiya Models Heinkel 219 Model Review

Great set. Exactly what you would expect from Tamiya. only one problem I had to shorten the radar a bit to fit under the nose.

This model from Tamiya is excellent! remains perfectly balanced on all three wheels. I didn't stick to the suggested color scheme, instead making my own, which may not be nearly accurate, but I liked it.

Mimicking Luftwaffe livery is tedious. the result looks stunning. a great addition to my WW2 Luftwaffe collection. I can't remember if it has a swastika or not. I have previously acquired a collection of these 1/48 scale markings and bought them separately {a full sheet of various decals used in the war} because I knew I would be making multiple sets that might not come with them. I wanted them on the tail fins for authenticity. So think about it.
