Have been using them for a few years now. They still work great although the purple paint is peeling off a bit. I am very happy with this purchase. The little faux leather case it came in still holds up well and helps me not to accidentally hurt myself. Hooray! (I'm pretty clumsy with sharp objects :( ) Left-handers warning: I accidentally tried these left-handers and they don't work at all. So only buy if you're right-handed.

A great gift to be proud of at a reasonable price!

Nice little scissors. Not the best I've ever used but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as I actually only bought it for the looks. (Sometimes I'm a bit shallow when it comes to scissors.) The finish is nice, the color is bright and beautiful, and the cutwork in the handle design is nice and smooth. They come in a variety of beautiful colors so I am very happy to have found a unique gift at a reasonable price and quality that I can proudly give to my sewing/longing friends.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Don't know

Excellent cross stitch scissors

Love the color and weight of these little scissors. I bought a separate leather case for them (they come in a plastic bag which doesn't last very long) and I've been using them daily for a few months now. It works almost as well (about a hair less smooth to work with) as my Gingher scissors, but it's just great for my cross stitch needs. The cost was worth the investment - relatively cheap and pleasant to use. The only thing I'd like to point out, aside from the lack of a separate scabbard…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
