The best thing about this software is that it's very easy to use, I can do everything with just one click of my mouse button! The ease of use, customisation options & reporting tools are fantastic! I have been using this tool for almost two years now but it has proven to be so reliable that we don't want to touch anything else when doing project management or monitoring our progress in projects (both internal/external).
