They're probably good for the price, but you can get better quality for a few bucks. The pockets are too small to fit more than keys anywhere, the legs are very narrow, the material doesn't look durable. I just sent them back. I basically paid $7.50 (to try them on after paying for the return shipping). I can no longer buy clothes through Revain.

Love these pants. The build quality is excellent for the price, they're cozy, warm, stretchy and comfortable. Inside like fleece. Excellent value for money and quality. You need to order a size up, I usually have a standard L (5ft 11in, 178lbs) and the XL fits me perfectly (39" waist on my XLs). I've checked the waterproof claims but nothing on the Pants indicate they are waterproof Mine only has a "windstopper" tag The belt is a bit cheap but seems to work fine.

Bought this to wear primarily for cool/cold weather motorcycling. Haven't had a chance to ride in them yet, but wearing them at home will make them warm pants. I also poured water on it for about 30 seconds and the water drained right away without soaking the fabric. Riding in the rain may be different, but they repel water. I'm 5ft 9" and about 190-195lbs with a 34" waist and I buy pants with a 32" inseam and the medium size fits my waist and length perfectly. They appear to be well stitched…

I've carried them in a kayak a few times, under my Halloween costume chest or treat and in a walleye boat all day. Keeps me warm and dry. The weather was cloudy and windy, somewhere around 40 degrees on the water in a kayak. The boat was sunny, windy, 55 degrees so I was hot but when the sun went down I put on a sweatshirt and it was fine until we got out of the water around 8pm.
