It was easy to install. I saw a review that said touring parts were flying off the freeway and assumed the installer had failed at a very simple task. Secure the sissy bar, holdall, etc. while the brace is still loose. Tighten the bracket. Made.

2014 Electra Glide with Detachable Tour Pak and Passenger Seat The diameter tolerances of the plastic bushings are not quite right. My rider's back didn't fit, the bushings were .02". too large. It doesn't seem like much until the detachable latches would go behind the sleeve. Even though they are "elongated", the narrowest point is still too big.

This item looks great and makes a great addition to my already blacked out 2018 FLHX. They don't 100% match the OEM holes on the HD so I had to use a rubber mallet to gently tap them into place. Once I slotted them in and lined them up, the screws lined up and I was able to reassemble the fender and parts. For $$$ it was a good buy.

Presumably this should fit my 2020 road slip. and so it is. HOWEVER, the washers that come with the bolts used to attach the gear to the bike are the same size as the hole, so they prevent the bolt from penetrating the mount. I think that's what you get when you order Chinese made parts for an American bike. The only solution is to go to the hardware store and buy the right size washers.

I bought these brackets to mount a touring backpack on the back of my Harley Davidson Street Glide. Everything was tight and the part fit perfectly. After driving with him twice, the tourist backpack flew onto the highway. Upon further inspection, spacer-like parts (where the travel pack attaches) came loose, allowing the travel pack to be removed. Since it happened on the track, the touring backpack inside and the helmet with the Sena headset on were completely destroyed. I'm currently trying…
