Good value footpegs

The pegs look great and are easy to install but the only issue I have is the 4 socket head screws that hold the pegs in place. Rejected and I can't find a replacement at my local hardware store to replace them.

Pros
  • Nice construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Comes without instructions, assembly not easy to understand

Arrived without instructions or documentation, assembly or installation not easy to understand. The small set screws used to adjust the pedal are very weak and break easily. Once you finally figure out how to get them out today, a lot of adjustments will be required. Overall you get what you pay for and they are functional.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick

Disappointment: Footpegs

I ordered "Style I" in black. Although the product itself looks nice and solid, the main mounting screw is too short. It came with a 1"1/2x13 stainless steel screw and washer for the mounting clamp. If you are using a washer, the screw must be removed for at least one thread to engage. After removing the washer, I managed to insert a hooking a few threads to one of them, tightening and installing. However, the second only took a step or two and then fell off.

slightly better suited for parts

automatic products are as tough as the more expensive ones, the only problem is that for some reason they loosen a bit when fully tightened on the cross member, so I'm giving it a rating of 3 given instability. This was mentioned in other reviews but to save money I decided to take a chance. and i had the same problem so you may need to put some kind of spacer between the crossbar and the inside of the bracket. I used a strip of thin but strong plastic to make up the difference and now the pins

Badly designed. questionable security.

Features teeth that snap to hold pin in place. They are too small and allow the swivel to turn too easily due to the pressure of the foot when driving. A sudden fall can range from a simple fright to losing control of the motorcycle. Also, the brackets don't hold up well. Too shiny. This can be corrected with strips of rubber cut from the bicycle inner tube, but does not have to be done by the buyer. I went the cheap route. Get what you pay for. These return.

Friction tape corrects the ticket!

Bought these for my 2020 HD Street Glide FLHX. They fit exactly to the original driver footrests and passenger footrests. As others have said, you cannot tighten them enough to prevent movement. Also, as others have said, rotating the friction band around the motor guard you mount it to will stop the movement. The manufacturer should add some of it to the product and they would have happier customers. You should also add instructions. Because the first time you try to figure out the mount, it's

NOT SURE! on footpegs

This product indicates that the angle of the footrest can be adjusted by tightening the joint. On the inside of this knuckle are knurled teeth that interlock after you set the pin to the desired angle. These groove teeth are too small, causing the joint to slip and change angle. To put it in layman's terms, if you put your foot on this pen, the pen will not support the weight of your foot! Imagine if this happened while you were driving at 45 miles per hour. Yes, your foot will be slammed onto…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
