This product indicates that the angle of the footrest can be adjusted by tightening the joint. On the inside of this knuckle are knurled teeth that interlock after you set the pin to the desired angle. These groove teeth are too small, causing the joint to slip and change angle. To put it in layman's terms, if you put your foot on this pen, the pen will not support the weight of your foot! Imagine if this happened while you were driving at 45 miles per hour. Yes, your foot will be slammed onto the pavement, which will most likely lead to an accident. The final fit of this product was acceptable, but it doesn't matter much if it can't perform its primary function. Do not buy this product! There the customer service team gave me a run and have not yet issued me the requested refund. As a mechanical engineer I can't believe the company would let this product pass quality control. I will update this review when I receive a full refund.
