Great Aries! - Computer and Accessories

RAM works great and looks great. It has a surprisingly heavy metal body and not the plastic that most have, which is nice.</p>

Great RAM, terrible customer service

RAM is very cool with rgb and works fine with aura sync. Deducting a star for the terrible customer service. I called them with a question, and even on the American line, no one spoke English, and all the technicians supposedly left for a couple of days. The RAM is very good and works well with my Ryzen chip, but the customer service is just terrible.

Nice RAM! in Computers and Accessories

Installed with AMD Ryzen 7 2700X and Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 5 Wifi. Works great and the bios was able to pick up the right speed. The default RGB colors have a different color scheme, which you can see in the video I provided. Also works with Gigabyte's RGB Fusion for more precise control. Very happy with this purchase.

Faulty RGB, wrongly labeled speeds (bait & switch), no contact with company

1) RGB was picky because 3rd party apps like RGBFusion or AuraSync only regularly identified RAM modules. 2) Of course, I go to TeamGroup's own website to download the software I installed. And funny, it throws errors and doesn't work. So I say okay whatever let's get started with the overclocking process. And when I look at and write base values from the bios, I see wrong speeds in this RAM. Confused, I did some research and found that a person could run "CMD LINE" and then type "wmic…
