Fully compatible storage that costs less than you have to install at your local Apple Store!

iMac Memory Expansion Modules. Memory expansion from an initial 4 GB to a maximum of 16 GB. It's only been a few weeks, but this type of product usually lasts past the initial burn through. Conforms to Apple specifications, improves performance of older iMacs (significantly fewer replacements), easy and quick installation. The price was less than what the local Apple dealer was charging for installation work alone! I think I got a great price for a good product.

I put this in and it's like a new computer again

I've tried everything to get my mid 2010 iMac to run faster again. I moved almost everything off the hard drive, did a full reinstall and software cleanup. Nothing really worked. Then I plug it in and it's like a new computer again. I can not believe that. Photoshop used to be so slow and lagged behind. Now I can't even work fast enough to skip the program. Highly recommended. The only gripe would be the installation guide that came with it, but it wasn't hard to find online.
