Junk - not enough for power and batteries

I installed this on a Honda Magna. The assembly and installation went well, but after a year everything went wrong. Avoid if you are looking for longevity.

Great Replacement Detail

Works like a charm. Installed on my 02 Shadow Ace 750 with an aftermarket master cylinder. Just screwed. As mentioned, the pins are a little tight, but I was able to bend them a little with needle nose pliers.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Update Available

Works great on a 2007 cbr600r

Works great on a 2007 cbr600rr, it's slightly different from the OEM derailleur, one side is smooth and the other side has a raised latch that attaches the derailleur holds in place. My OEM switch had 1 locator on the top and 2 on the bottom. Finally, it works great as a spare when you don't need 2 extra pins.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Ideal for motorcycles and weightlifting

As with all the teeth are a little narrower than the OEM part but it makes no difference how it works. My 2002 Honda Shadow failed this year because of the rear brake light, which I found to be the very switch. I ordered the switch, replaced it myself in minutes (I'm 55) and was back to the store to get my control sticker in no time. Works great and very easy to install.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I won't say anything

This is not an exact OEM replacement but will work just as well as a

This switch replaced the front brake light on my 1984 Honda Goldwing Interstate. It was slightly smaller than the original it replaced. The wire contacts were much tighter than the original. However, this switch is installed and works perfectly. It was fairly easy to replace as it was only held in place by one mounting screw. It's not an exact OEM replacement, but it works just as well as one.

Works, but not as reliable as the factory one.

Unfortunately the switch (although it works) is quite delicate. By simply pressing the switch with your fingers with minimal pressure, the device obviously buckled and started opening along the seam. I could see the inside through the gap (says a bunch because I really need reading glasses). In a non-functioning plant, there was no such problem. I will be ordering an OEM Honda derailleur but until then I will be fine with it. I'll leave it in reserve, but I won't trust him for long.

Pros
  • Worthy performance
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

That's exactly what I needed and I'm very satisfied.

I called my local Honda dealer and the OEM replacement was $18. I was happy to pay but was told it would take three or four days. I used my handbrake to notify those behind me by flashing it that I was slowing and coming to a complete stop. The brake light only came on when the brake pedal was pressed. Not good. I just happened to realize why I was looking: the price is right. In fact, I was able to order and pay for shipping for about the same price as the OEM. They came, I adjusted my bike…

  • Easy Install
