Industrial and scientific buyers beware! Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that these fuses are a waste of money. Although they may seem like good quality, they fail quickly and are overpriced compared to other circuit protection products on the market.

Overall length is good but the fuse diameter is slightly smaller than standard automotive fuses which allows them to be loose in the fuse holder. I bent the holders to hold the smaller fuse securely.

If it were possible I would give this fuse a negative rating of -1000 stars. Bought this product to replace a Bussmann fuse. Worked fine for 2 days and then noticed the problem. When they checked it they found that the metal box the fuse was installed in was very hot and when they removed the cover they found the fuse had blown! See attached photo. Thank goodness the part of the house he was in didn't catch fire! Went to the local shop and bought another replacement Bussmann fuse. Very lucky…
