It's actually bigger than I imagined, my mattress is pretty thick so regular comforters were not covering both sides so needed oversized one. This one covers way more than I wanted but it works for now. It's definitely not fluffy like in the pictures I mean you can see it's pretty flat and bed looks like a perfect box.

This comforter is so soft and cozy. I love it! My only complaint is that since I use fuzzy blankets as well in Michigan winters, it does pick up a lot of lint. But as long as you have a lint roller handy for whenever you want to have company, it's totally worth it!
