The sound quality is definitely subpar when it comes to gaming. Although the microphone is of fairly good quality, the headset itself just doesn't deliver. It fails to enhance the audio experience in any noticeable way and doesn't offer the true surround sound that video gamers desire. It may be okay for casual listening of music, but it's not worth the price for serious gamers.
