I have blonde hair and it's hard for me to stand out in my hair at all. I bought it for my boys. Her hair is dark blonde and all colors, including dark ones, are almost invisible. I followed the directions and even tried water as suggested. Do not go. I wouldn't buy them again. I'll use them for art, not hair.

Works great. It is said that blonde hair takes 2 washes to come out. My daughter has brown hair and needs a few washes, but we also straighten it.

This chalk is for temporary hair coloring. We used chalk to color the hair temporarily. It was nice to have a wide range of dyes to choose from and even nicer to have so many color options when mixing chalk. (Though it got a little dusty. Grind level).

The product was packed in plastic and then put in a black box. I pulled out the chalk to inspect as it is a gift all the colors in the plastic seem to have worn off and all that is left looks very dull gray and brown. Also, they all fell out of separate slots and at least 40% cracked or broke. For this reason I cannot return the case in the box.

Complete nonsense. First, you have to have damp hair to use it (unlike literally any other hair chalk) and it's not as easy as the others. Instead of running it through your hair, you literally have to rub it really hard, effectively tousling your hair like you did in the '80s. If you then remove the shabby shade, the color will come with it. I tried it on my daughter's hair almost as blonde as blonde and the color is very weak and doesn't even last 2 hours. So, if you don't look like '80s…

Product will dye everything else (hands, neck, clothes) but will not dye hair. The sticks are chalk and broke trying to use them once. waste of money.
