Left click, right click and scrolling are very quiet. It makes the typical click when you press the scroll wheel or press DPI, LED controls, and side buttons, although you probably won't need to press those buttons often. Works ideally on a table (wooden surface) and feels good in the hand. Before I get into the major obvious downside, this is a really good mouse. I'm a gamer so this mouse has what I was looking for. The two main clicks of the left and right mouse buttons are silent, while the rest (the scroll click and the two side thumb buttons) make a real click. I like the lights, they change slowly and aren't as absurd as some of the mice I've used. The mouse has a fairly low profile. So unless you hold onto the mouse like I do, you might not be a huge fan of how low it sits.
