I wasn't sure at first. I wasn't thrilled with the logo idea on the side. Boy was I wrong. It looks amazing. The cover is very strong and heavy as it should be to protect your diff. This is a fantastic aftermarket replacement. I would buy them again.

Excellent fit but slightly larger than the factory cover. I heard this was made specifically to fit stronger bodies to aftermarket Teraflex axles. If something bothers you, it only takes a minute and a grinder to fix it. I wish class 8 bolts came with it instead of the soft bolts that come with it.

Great diff cover for the price but drain plug leaking. Eventually I filled my diff but later found it was leaking and had to drain it and wrap teflon tape around the plug to seal it. I'm not sure why TeraFlex didn't use tapered threads as the tools would be blurry anyway. Overall, I'm happy with the cover so far.

Reviews said this Dana 44 cover would hang on JK. That's true, but 1/16 inch isn't worth mentioning. I'm generous with 1/16, maybe less. I put in all the screws and lifted the lid to tighten the screws. The top fill hole on the cap is perfect for those guys who changed the gear angle for a suspension upgrade. I'm out of fill from the vent hole to complete the diff!

Very thick cover, it is convenient to have double plugs for upper and lower gear. Filled with HP for my Rubi D44 as the bottom plug only needed <2 Qts when 2.3 the amount of liquid in stock. The 3/8" molded cap is much better than the standard 1/8" stamped cap! Much heavier and thicker. The only reason for 4 stars is the bar at the bottom (which I read about but still chose the lid due to time and money constraints). Mixed feelings that Teraflex is going sideways.
