keep me warm - For men

WINTERS IN SEATTLE GET COLD WET. Layering, THIS IS THE WAY AGAINST THE COLD. I BELIEVE THIS SHIRT WILL DO THE TRICK. I LIKE IT!

Pros
  • 100% pure silk
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Too delicate for my lifestyle

I bought a pair of these silk longs and a pair from Costco. I removed this long silk underwear because it is too small compared to what I bought at Costco.

Pros
  • Lightweight, not bulky
Cons
  • Nothing

Wonderful clothes! Exactly what I expected!

Years ago when I was working in the oil field, I wore silk underpants. Now that I'm back to street work, I needed new ones. This is exactly what I was hoping for! They are soft, warm and easily absorb moisture. Silk is great because it retains heat when wet, just like wool! Ideal for those who are very active in cold weather! I will be buying another pair of tops and bottoms.

Pros
  • Convenient and comfortable for all outdoor activities
Cons
  • Weight

Useless. Don't waste money.

I bought this in December to wear while riding my motorcycle. It wasn't until April that I had the chance to wear them. I didn't notice any increase in body heat retention. They are very slippery and you can see through them. Unfortunately, I did not try them within the given return period. I will look for another product that offers some form of insulation.

Pros
  • Adjusts to your body temperature
Cons
  • Some bugs

Wear as a base layer for most outdoor adventures, Alaska and Colorado

Love this shirt. I wear it as a base or as a single layer on almost all of my outdoor adventures. It absorbs sweat very well, that is to say very well. It is very cool on hot days and helps to keep warm in winter. It's really very versatile. I use it for hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, snow throwing, etc. Combine it with a second layer of wool and you're done. Alaska, Colorado

Pros
  • Hand wash, Machine wash, Delicate wash
Cons
  • Not the best

Exfoliation urgently! - For Men

Bought this for my boyfriend because the Thermasilk tank top I've worn for years is one of my most prized pieces of clothing. I was very disappointed to see that it curled up after wearing it for the first time - even before washing! I've also bought women's leggings and a blouse identical to my old one and they're all peeling, although this men's long sleeve shirt looks the worst. Maybe that's because it has a different weave. Anyway, I thought I'd found a wonderful line of products, but this…

Great but tight collar

I love these silk underwear and they keep me really warm during these winter months. They're not very heavy, but enough to take away the chills. The only thing I don't like about this shirt is the collar - I feel like it's too tight around my neck and I had to stretch it a bit to make it feel like I wasn't being choked. They stretch over time so I really didn't want to do that, but I can't stand wearing a collar around my neck all day - although I know it's for warmth, it worries me. Otherwise…

Good first layer, slightly soft

I found it mostly TTS. Also, I found that it stretches. That being said, I can imagine someone preferring a looser fit and going up a size. I think the TTS fit also means a snug fit as it is the most insulating fit. I have dysautonomia and need natural, breathable fabrics. Appreciate the big option too, as it's hard to find something big, but boy - it would be absolutely useless if it was too short. The only complaint is how "exquisite" or how easily it can get snagged/pulled etc. I've had silk

Pros
  • 100% Silk
Cons
  • Unfashionable
