Bought for my wife with Raynaud's Syndrome

My wife has Raynaud's Syndrome and catches cold very easily. These gloves did it. We can easily do full-fledged winter bike tours.

Pros
  • Gloves, Mittens and Balaclava
Cons

Keep your fingers warm!

So far my fingers have been warm when cycling at 30 degrees. I've never driven below 30 degrees. Because the finger slots are bulky, changing gears can be a little awkward. But it is possible!

Perfect for winter riding

I love these gloves! They are great for biking in our cold Illinois winter. When it's very cold I wear a pair of very thin gloves underneath and my hands stay warm.

Nice but tight - Activewear

I don't have big hands - I'm a 5ft 3in female. So I ordered medium but these gloves are too small. It wouldn't make much difference but Terry's return policy is not free so I'm not very happy with this experience and will think twice before ordering from Terry again.

Cold fingers on outerwear

The reason I gave the mittens four stars is because of the thumb. Why didn't the manufacturer make the thumb just like the rest of the glove? The hand and fingers have a nice material that blocks the wind and keeps your fingers warm. The thumb doesn't have this material, so your thumbs will get cold. Otherwise I like the mittens.

The Answer to E-Bike Winter Problems

Cycling in winter can be cold, but riding an e-bike is much worse! I tried different solutions but this was the last one. They offer enough freedom of movement for confident braking and shifting, they keep the wind out, and if you're a size that gives you some room you can slip another pair of gloves underneath or slide in a heating pad for the most arctic conditions. Conditions. It was the only thing I tried to keep my thumbs from going numb.
