Easy to get fountains

I use the smaller Tervis lids on all my 16 ounce jars and am very happy with being able to close the hole to prevent spills. I was hoping to achieve the same with this one. However, the liquid often clogs in the hole and then runs down my face and shirt. This is particularly noticeable when the cup is full.

Pros
  • Dishwasher safe - top shelf only
Cons
  • No capacity

Expensive, fits perfectly and serves its purpose.

I have a cat who has recently started hating cups. It doesn't matter if it's empty or full, it will ONLY look for you to knock you off the tables. Needless to say, I'm done cleaning up. Luckily I only use Tervis jars so the lids were easy enough to find. Fits the tip snugly but prevents liquid from leaking out of the tip. However, it keeps 98% of it internally, so it does a decent job. The price is a bit high, almost half the cost of the mug itself.

Pros
  • Fits most straws
Cons
  • unreliable

Image of two lids can be misleading

The lid was as expected apart from the fact that the way it is pictured on Revain I thought I was getting two lids per order. When I only received one I went back and looked at the item and the picture shows the open and closed position of the lid with two lids, one in each position. I think such a representation is misleading and I don't think it would be necessary to represent two. They could have a separate image to show the open position if they really think that's how people want to see…

Pros
  • Made in America
Cons
  • old
