Open source test automation framework

I like that it's open-source, flexible tool for web application testing - no need to have any special skills or tools installed in your machine (no software needed). It can be used without installing anything so you don't get an additional cost of licensing etc., if there is one at all; everything comes as free with this package! The setup & configuraton process could've been more intuitive though but still nothing too serious from my point of view. Maybe some kind of tutorials would help…

Pros
  • Flexibility
  • Open source solution available under GNU GPL license
  • Free version provided along side commercial ones.
  • Can run tests locally via command line interface instead going through browser window everytime
Cons
  • There are troubles

I like that it is completely script-free to customize your tests as you please, which makes them very flexible when writing custom end user flows or business rules testing for different use cases! It takes some time getting used too - not much but there are certainly quirks in how things work at times so be patient with yourself if using this tool during training/tutorials etc. The price tag can also start off quite high depending where their support team's level of expertise lies within each…

Pros
  • A very flexible tool with a lot of customization capabilities and the support team is great at working with you to get you up and running quickly!
Cons
  • Can take some time to get used to the quirks and how things work at times not much a big deal though

Test Odyssey - Very useful test suite Software

It is very helpful for testing in a way that it never gets stuck. You get notified every time when a step fails or succeeds and you can easily debug the code to find where this failure is coming.it requires more effort in terms of coding.it needs to work better with my previous version of internet explorer. But overall I like this software, it does its job well. As I said earlier it was not that easy as it looked in the interface for a student like me without good programming skills to set up…

Pros
  • I have no issues with its working
Cons
  • It is good for automation testing
