I like that it's open-source, flexible tool for web application testing - no need to have any special skills or tools installed in your machine (no software needed). It can be used without installing anything so you don't get an additional cost of licensing etc., if there is one at all; everything comes as free with this package! The setup & configuraton process could've been more intuitive though but still nothing too serious from my point of view. Maybe some kind of tutorials would help? There are also many functions which cannot currently be tested automatically using Selenium WebDriver yet. Therefore we use manual testers who do not require technical knowledge about how our product works / what they should look out when clicking buttons/ links. We were able to significantly reduce time spent by QA team doing repetitive tasks such us form.
