Teva Flintwood Eclipse Women's & Men's Athletic Ankle Shoes Review

I had them long enough before the return period expired and a heel strap broke. I bought this branded crocodile heel strap and have been able to keep using it. I found the original strap to be too tight so wasn't surprised when it broke, poor design. The outsole is functional and the closed toe box keeps mud and sand out. The plastic and foam frame makes them a little sticky, but it's not the worst thing I've worn. Not my best experience with Teva and I've had at least five pairs of Teva's. The

I bought them specifically for a recent vacation. They were great, fit well and were very comfortable. But about the fifth time I put them on the back strap broke completely as seen in the picture so they could not be worn at that time. The strap broke at a weak point where an extra strap was sewn, as shown in the photo. So I'm reporting back now.

Otherwise the sandals are ok. However, the molded rubber bands that come in contact with the foot are sharp and cut into the skin of the foot at the heel and metatarsal. I didn't expect that from TEVA.

Blisters - I bought these for my PR trip but have never worn them. I put them on just before leaving and felt great, good support and protection, but after wearing them for a few hours they began to chafe on the inside of my ankle and heels. If you are not used to wearing sandals, bring bandages or socks!

I have several pairs of this brand. They are a typical length but they are much tighter around my legs than others. Also took them on a trip to Vegas and walked around quite a bit. MASSIVE blisters on both legs. It seemed like this had never happened to anyone else.

These were great sandals and I would happily keep them. Very comfortable with good support. Sandals lasted me less than 2 weeks and are not suitable for everyday use. After a few days, the velcro on the adjustment strap began to diverge. I called Teva to inquire about a replacement/credit and found that because I had not purchased them directly from their store they would not replace them without problems. Didn't fit - the arch support is incomprehensible. I've never had to pay for shoes to be returned - I didn't know I wasn't buying from Revain. There is no way I would have bought them if I had known they were. Stick to Revain or more reputable sellers.

See photo. The new shoe is the right one. Compare the photo of the old shoe on the left with the soft insole and cloth upper, with the stiff sole and stiff band around the upper on the right. I would not recommend the new show for narrow feet (I have that problem).

I have a high arch (size 11.5) and am used to using special orthotics but not with these shoes! They are perfect for my feet and I have done almost 100 miles in the mountains by the end of this summer and they are still good and reliable. Highly recommended!

Only worn 5 times since I bought them and the back broke while wearing them. Sandals liked, but the quality is clearly not up to par.

These sandals fit my feet better than most of my other shoes, but that's personal preference. They perfectly protect the toes and allow air to circulate. I normally wear a size 11 but a size 10 works great for this shoe so I would recommend ordering both your normal size and the next size down and returning a pair.

Green is my favorite color and these sandals blew me away! My second pair so far. Good quality sandals, light and very comfortable.

The back of the sandal is rubber which rubs on my heel causing painful blisters. My other Keen sandals have a cloth back and are much more comfortable.
