Teva Womens Slide Sandal Medium Review

I'm so messy. These sandals just aren't wide enough for my feet. They are really uncomfortable when I try to wear them. I just wanted to put on sandals to walk out the door. This does not meet the requirements.

I would like to like them - they are cute but too stretchy. You don't stay on your feet in any way during any type of outdoor activity - even if you just run a few miles, let alone hike. The strap is not adjustable - if there was a buckle instead of an elastic I would keep it. The outsole was also much inferior to my rugged Teva's which have lasted for many years. They look like cheap copies of Teva's "trendy" version.

The insole of these sandals is too soft. The way I walk causes a heel to slip towards the boot. The material seems to remember where my foot was last time and now my foot still stays in the same place. Almost like sticking your foot in clay to model. And it would be okay if I walked perfectly straight, but I'm not. I need to put my foot in something stronger and more permanent. Not soft. I don't like these slippers, I won't buy them again.

I have a pair of Teva shoes and have always loved them. I was looking for a pair of comfortable and casual sandals; not as sporty as the traditional Teva but more durable than flip flops and I figured that was the way to go. They are comfortable, decent arch support, but I really wish the straps were elasticated or adjustable somehow. Considering they're not, they're just too loose for me to seriously walk around in.
