I don't usually leave reviews and hate to leave anything under 5 stars but one day I ordered this and the toner started bleeding onto my papers. I contacted, got a refund and ordered again. I thought it was just a bad batch. I've been using new toner cartridges for a few weeks now and they are bleeding all over my papers now. :(

I've bought them several times, changing the chips is easy and I've had no trouble getting the printer to recognize them. However, I sometimes had problems with the print quality. Towards the end of the black cartridge I had some streaking issues but I replaced the toner and it was fixed. I had fixed some issues with the magenta and cyan cartridges causing the toner to fall out sideways, printing with color dots and replacing them again with new ones, both were already at the end of their life…

They worked great initially and saved us a lot of money but after 2 weeks of use the ink started bleeding and smearing all over the paper. This happened with both cyan and magenta toner, so black and yellow are fine.

I have not used any of these replacement toners. I bought them to make sure I have spares when they run out. I believe they will

DO NOT BUY THESE TONER CARTRIDGES! They leaked everywhere after a few weeks and several hundred pages! I was forced to buy a replacement at full retail price because I had a print job to complete. It all started with purple, then yellow, now blue and black - FOUR in total! DO NOT BUY THESE TONER CARTRIDGES! Unless, of course, you want to go to the trouble of replacing them after they've practically exploded in your printer. They basically have NO PRINT and leak through a few hundred pages.

I bought a couple of these last year and the first one worked fantastic. Now I have the same problem as everyone else. The magenta bleeds everywhere, making color printing impossible at all. If you need ink and you only need it once, this might work for you, but don't count on it working well after a while.

Rating Updated (01.20): I can't recommend these cartridges anymore. As shown, they bleed into toner specks on every printed page, and each color appears to bleed after the last one is replaced. Updated Review (April 19th): After some use, I noticed that the color of these cartridges is clearly not as vibrant as the starter cartridges that came with the printer (see attached photo). However, the difference is definitely not worth the tenfold price, which is why I gave only one star. First review
