I liked this product but it didn't attach to my machine tight enough for the fabric to slide underneath. I had no problems with the return.

It was very difficult to get the screw all the way in. One day I got a screwdriver. I was able to screw it in all the way. It's nice and dense so it won't dangle and move as you sew.
