Overall platform is really nice, need better integration

I like that this system can be used as an entire suite or solely for reporting purposes making it easy to switch back and forth between our client base who are both large & small business alike. It's extremely user friendly which makes training for users much easier than other platforms. Currently there seems to only one solution with no plans in place to add more solutions such as BI Publisher so we must make some changes currently to what we provide for clients now. Excellent partner & trusted advisor

Ironsides has been very helpful in managing our technology portfolio for us from acquisition to implementation. They have helped drive value by providing guidance about what tools are needed most as well as providing implementation assistance once they've selected them. Their relationship management team works hard at making sure all needs of their customers (including ourselves) are met. We never had any major dissatisfaction with this vendor. Great service and attention from knowledgeable staff

I like that we have someone to talk with about our business needs as well as technical considerations or questions. They are proactive in helping us understand what can be done for us. It takes time for them to really get you where you want to go but they will work hard until it's right! There isn't much at this point since everything has been so successful thus far. We just started using IronSight - haven’t had any problems there yet but still early days so not sure how things might…

  • Honestly no one is doing anything close enough (in terms customer service) anywhere else within my industry here locally; all others do very little if nothing newswise which helps me keep up to date quickly by providing summaries monthly instead having an arduous task every couple weeks researching stuff myself again from scratch only after receiving summary reports..they know who does great reporting
