I was initially concerned about how the frame was packaged so it could be shipped without breaking. The frame I ordered came in a well-protected box. It was exactly what was described and worked great for my application. I liked it so much that I have bought another frame and will continue as I will need others in the future.

Worth the price! These guys may have taken a little longer to ship, but they came straight from their shop and were carefully packaged! Personalized notes included. It was boxed, then in a box, and then in a mailer box. This very large piece of glass was not broken when it arrived! And a frame made of durable metal! With high-quality processing. I highly recommend! Additional fasteners on the back to keep everything in place. It's quite heavy, so make sure you wall mount it properly!

Luckily I posted my work on a piece of cloth and I think I was able to catch all the shards, but this glass was so brittle it just broke off leaving tiny pieces that are shown In the photo. I didn't even realize it until I hung the frame and tidied up the piece of fabric. Tiny pieces of broken glass were scattered on the floor and under where the painting had hung. This is very annoying as we have animals and children in the house. I advise against ordering this item.

This frame is everything that is advertised. However, reality hit me when I realized that there would be problems hanging this frame horizontally. There are 2 sawtooth hangers on the back which frustrates me because getting 2 nails in just the right position to hang a bubble level is a hell of a job. Another reviewer mentioned broken glass but I thought they were just unlucky. I guess I'm unlucky too. The corners of the glass were all broken off and there were pieces of broken glass all over the place when we took it out of the box. I should have returned it at the time, but the broken corners never showed up in the frame, so I went ahead and framed the painting.
