I bought this item to use on my sore shoulder. It feels like being hit by a jackhammer over and over again. I hated this product - went back. Revain was great as always and they brought it back. Be careful when buying these, my shoulder deteriorated after using them for just a few minutes.

I tried the Theragun mini after starting my own marathon training and needed something to aid my recovery. While I appreciate how small and light it is, I found stall pressure to be a major issue, and its three settings don't always work at the speed I need for sore muscles (even the lowest speed can sometimes be too much for my calves) . ). Great battery life which I appreciate and to be honest it's a good machine my only regret is not having spent the money on more impressive models.
