Ideal for tense backs

These are called pillows but don't let the name fool you, they are made of solid bamboo and are meant to support your back and neck. The feeling of flattening when using it in bed can cause a bit of discomfort, but that's to be expected. After use, stretching seems to work well and there is less neck and back pain. Happy to have it.

Pros
  • Tip: Some users may not get used to the bamboo pillow at first because it changes their firm posture when sleeping. After a week of continuous use, you can gradually get used to the new position.
