I bought two (I know I'm a optimist) and neither of them hold the tension needed to hold the position. If you are looking for a face stand, you know that a face stand should be your knowledge. None can be used anymore - unable to support the weight of the head without falling into a fallen position. Sigh. Spend more and choose a well-known brand.

I bought this product on July 4th I only used it at the end of the month as I had to make adjustments to my desk so I haven't used it for a very long time maybe 10-11 weeks? I also only work three days a week, so this headrest doesn't get much use. Can't believe it just broke after a customer accidentally clicked on it.

This is a good face pad as long as it doesn't loosen over time. My first gave me this experience and my second broke slightly when my client rolled over and put his hand on the cradle to push off, yes he shouldn't have done it with the pressure it takes to lift your body , but with the fact that it broke easily, again made a useless purchase. So I bought a steel one for about $10 more, I hope it works!
