Doesn't work on fabric.

I used it for fabric collages. It fell apart after a few days. The label doesn't say if the adhesive is permanent or temporary so I'm guessing it's temporary. I threw that bottle away and went back to my old brand.

Best for darker colors, dries in the dark

I use this to glue hair ties to be used as Fitbit wristbands and it works well, mostly on darker colors because it dries too dark and a little thick and dries hard but fine for my purpose. Not sure about the water resistance as I don't wash my bracelets or shower with them. I can tie the ribbons where I glued them so they aren't too thick or stiff. And stay together.

Leaves noticeable marks

My patio furniture and cushions are stored in the shed over the winter months and a mouse gnawed a 4 inch hole in the padding of one of the cushions which was uneven and could not be sewn together.
