I have gout in my knee and have found that if I can keep them warm I don't get sick as often. I have different brands but these are the most comfortable.

I have tried several before and none have worked, my knees are always cold and I have big feet so they either cut off circulation and are uncomfortable to wear or slip off but these, Oh God! These are great quality, they stay in place, move a bit but nothing I have to fix all the time, they keep my knees perfectly warm, amazing product.

These keep your knees warm and relieve cold pain. I love that I can wear them over leggings or under pants. They're nice and thick to keep your joints warm, but not so bulky that you look like you're wearing something. Check out the attached photo, you can barely tell I have them under my jeans. They are not designed to support devices and do not act as such. They are very comfortable, but somewhat limit bending of the knees.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they stretch slightly to accommodate my 20 inch hips, although they can feel a little tight after a while. I was expecting them to be softer, a bit like fluffy spa socks but more like a terrycloth blend, comfortable enough without being luxurious grey.
