Bought knee pads for the first time and I really like them! I have fibromyalgia, arthritis and hEDS. I struggle with my joints to say the least. My knees hurt from the cold and it's so beautiful! I was pretty unhappy with the pains until I put them on and I feel a lot better. This heating pad even offers some support for your knee, like a big hug. I wouldn't recommend using it as a support though, unless you need a little support, it's like gentle compression :) It's a lot thicker than I thought it would be which was a nice bonus. I have about 14 pants. I have skinny/small legs at my knees and below but my thighs are thicker. I often struggle with compressions digging into my thighs, but not this time! However, I don't think I can easily get these skintight leggings over the skin. Hard yeah lol. I'll have to wear them under my pants and they might look weird under leggings, we'll see. I may or may not update this after I fix this. I have to wash them as they have a strong smell. I would be careful with the dryer. I will definitely update if they lose quality after washing. So no update means good! Lol If you have really big thighs it might be too tight. If you don't want it to feel like compression support, this might be good for you! If you want it to be free/no solid support I wouldn't recommend it. I don't think this makes circulation feel blocked at the top, it's a pretty stable fit throughout. Hope that helps! ♥️
