They work but are annoying.

I'm a laid back person and I work hard, but I was looking for something that would give me more energy for my workouts and help me shed the last 5 pounds. It worked. I lost a few pounds in a few days but they made me so irritable I couldn't take it. I threw them away. I lost weight but I'm unhappy!
