I sent an email to Gama with no reply. I bought several of these mugs because they are really great! However, this blue is 20 oz. the cup began to leak and became heavier with the liquid in the isolation chamber. I sent an email but didn't receive a reply. I would like to receive a replacement for a defective product. No news from Gama at all. Not the best way to do business.

This mug is made of very cheap plastic. A sharp piece of plastic protruded from the lid where you put your lips to drink. It's also very difficult to snap the lid on tightly. Because the hole in the lid is too large, excess coffee collects around the top of the lid with each sip and often spills out when the cup is level after a sip. So very disappointed and definitely not worth the money!

I watched a video showing this and other cups from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, he didn't pay much attention to it. This version doesn't have a cap on the lid to prevent spills and keep my coffee warmer like the other version in the video. Also less than 1 inch below the handle and bottom of the mug. This means it won't fit in many cup holders. Yes, it is well insulated and keeps my coffee warm for up to an hour.

I ordered this mug for my husband and his impressions are worse than mine. He had to work hard to remove the lid and in the process the mug slipped and fell to the ground and the entire handle came off. Disgusted, he threw his in the trash. This is not a very good product and it was a waste of money. We do not recommend this seller as this is the first time they have been contacted about my mug and still no reply. At least not so much of an apology.

This mug is great. I don't know how anyone can rate this mug less than 5 stars. I have had this mug for 35 years when my son in law gave me 5 mugs. He worked at a Texaco gas station. Texaco passed it off as a full tank of gas.
