This product was of good quality although it is NOT a Thetford brand and there is absolutely nothing about this hose that differs from those found in any hardware store or hardware store sell for less than $7. So save some money and buy a 1/2 Fip inlet/outlet hose locally.

Great product but I sent it back because when changing from Thetford Magic 4 to 5 you can use a 2 1/2 inch low sprinkler riser or similar instead of sprinkler sections 50 cents. Thetford 5 says 17 inches high but it's actually 19 so your existing hose is too short.

My first purchase of a new toilet left me with a flimsy plastic tube, but this connector filled that gap. You will need to use the included double nipple and hose loop to punch a small gap between the end of the existing pipe and the new toilet.

Just what we needed to hook up Thetford's new Aqua Magic toilet to our 1993 Jamboree motorhome. I tried buying similar parts separately from Home Depot but couldn't get anything to work with no leaks, bought this kit and now flushes with no leaks. I only had it set up for a week and did a few test washes, but I'll update this review if anything changes.

Firstly it is great for converting the L shaped water connection to a different location on a new RV toilet. from Aqua Magic II to Aqua Magic V. Get this if you're buying a new van toilet and the connector is different from what you currently have. Minus point - the little thing other than the hose shown in the product picture was NOT included. Luckily I already had a steel one from Home Depot. And what, that wasn't in the package, but is it in the description and in the pictures?
