The original belt buckle didn't snag well but the replacement buckle that the seller sent very quickly works great. Thanks for the great customer service, Stanley! The original buckle had no "Stanley" logo on the outside and was defective. The Stanley brand replacement buckle works perfectly.

I initially gave this review only one star because the buckle didn't stay locked like another similar one always did - leading me to try another belt with a buckle to buy in a different color. However, the seller was responsive and responsible, and once he spotted a defect, promptly sent me a replacement. So it's ok with a belt and buckle that will hold securely the way I want it and the seller is responsible.

The complimentary drawstring gift bag is a joke. Bad things. Don't justify your purchase decision by saying that you get a bag for free. Do your customer a favor and save yourself the cost of a free bag and lower the price of your belts. Aside from the gift bag, this belt is good. The buckle is a bit larger than I expected, but it's not bulky and doesn't look unusual. The material is of good quality and the buckle is always closed on me and in all activities.

I bought this belt because this type is fully adjustable unlike belts with holes. It's also much stronger than those braided leather belts that last for several months and break. The buckle is very easy to close and release and holds tight. No slip. Too bad it only comes in one size. The belt is barely big enough (I wear size 38 pants) and only leaves about 3-4 inches when pulled through the buckle. However, this is not a deal breaker for me. I love it and would order other colors if available.

Junk. Doesn't stay closed when you move. The clasp pops open every time I bend over making it completely unusable. Update: After reading my review, the manufacturer informed me that they had a replacement buckle which they assured me would stay buckled and sent it to me. It arrived in two days and I wore it for several months with no problems. The belt itself is very strong and I'm sure it will last a long time. For these reasons I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars.

UPDATE: I was about to put my pants on this morning and the buckle broke in two. I don't have any large or heavy equipment, and I don't weigh it down with heavy utensils. The only job was to hold my pants and that didn't work, no belt should fail like that so I have to change my guess. It's a belt, it holds my pants and it looks good too. So when I first got this belt I was very excited. It stayed closed thinking I was safe, but after about 2 months of everyday use it finally ran into open issues. When it worked it was a really good belt and I really liked it, but it's more of a nuisance than it's worth wearing. For the price I paid and the joy it gave me while it worked I would rate it 2.5 stars.

I have many belts in my collection, I'm always looking for the perfect belt. It's definitely one of the best, I wear it often. First, it doesn't slip like many other non-punched leather straps that I really like. Second, it's easy to set up and has an infinite number of customizations.
