Super Easy Platform with Amazing Support

We are using Think Booker for our Booking Engine where we have over 1 million users per month! It has been so easy to integrate this platform into my website. I love how simple it makes things like creating new listings or custom features in comparison to other platforms out there that require you spend countless hours learning their code base (that isn't very intuitive). Sometimes when people search they want something specific but don’t know what exactly they need - having filters helps them…

  • Great customer service, quick responses from reps with knowledge about product.
  • Very responsive tech dept who will help troubleshoot issues before escalating further down chain
  • Excellent documentation provided throughout process

Great Event Management Software with room

I liked that you can create your own templates for events/wedding etc., so it's very easy to use! The only thing i dislike about this software was there were times when we would have several weddings booked at once which meant having multiple emails from different people asking me questions like "when will my wedding be?" It took us ages just trying everything out before deciding what worked best! So if possible try as many things (and ask lots of friends) until you find something suitable :)…

ThinkBooker is a booking platform that allows users to create their own event management software.

The overall impression is that the app has great potential. It’s easy to use and understand. There’s a lot of automation. And you can add custom functionality. It’s a complete solution, so if you want to expand on anything, you can do that. For example, if you want to go beyond just bookings, you can connect to external systems and extend the functionality of the app. You can get into API integrations. If you look at any app in the app store, they all start off small and expand over time…

Pros
  • You only need to sign up and enter your credit card information and you can start creating models right away.
  • The interface gives you enough room to build what you need.
  • They give you access to some very good content libraries.
Cons
  • Some parts of it could be better designed.
  • The models created by the app don't have many pre-built functions.
  • It’s not as flexible as Excel or Tableau when it comes to connecting to databases and running queries against tables.
