Fits our Irish Setter so well we bought another one. Irish Setters are large dogs but not muscular, so finding large dog hair that wouldn't swallow him was a challenge. Very easy to put on and take off, fits well to keep him warm but open enough to allow freedom of movement without chafing. Washable, but Velcro collects hair and doesn't dig in. I had to pull it out regularly to keep it running. Velcro hair is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. would recommend.

Very nice warm winter coat, however the side velcro is not as strong as it could be. When worn from the fleece side to the fur, the velcro is not sewn securely on all edges, meaning that with repeated removal from the coat, the velcro will begin to unravel itself. I discovered this when my pup gained a few pounds and the Velcro was not fully overlapping. I tried to find a velcro extension that could give her some more room but couldn't find anything suitable so I had to look for a new coat. I…

This jacket looks amazing on my GSD mix, very chic and it gets so many compliments! . I have to strategically position the velcro so it can be worn with her straps underneath. She is very long but thin, and the jacket covers about three quarters of her back. I'm waiting for the next size to come back in stock so I can get her a bigger size in a different color. The only problem with this coat is the two-way zipper at the back, which allows access to a hook on a leash worn separately under the coat. The zip has two tabs - one at each end - so you can pull it up to where you attached the leash to the harness. One of those straps came loose and I can't put it back on. The result is a gaping hole in my dog's back, which becomes a problem when it snows. I am considering ordering a new one and returning this once I have the new one. That issue aside, I love

Her 13" neck is too small even for an XS (15"). Her 21" chest is L (19" - 22") and her 21.5" back is slightly larger than 2XL (21") so I knew there was a small chance this fit would be correct would be.
